Christina received a BSc degree in History and Archaeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and in 2009 an MA degree in Museum Studies from Leicester University in UK. She joined the Science and Technology in Cultural Heritage doctoral program in 2012. Her research focuses on photographic representations of Cypriot heritage produced in the mid-20th century and how they responded and contributed to the formation of identity within the broader cultural and political context at the time. The study and analysis of Apostolos Ververis photographic archive created in the 1950s, that is part of the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia collections, consist the main case study of her research.
